A Resolution authorizing the Director of Purchasing to execute an engineering
services contract with Strand Associates, Inc. in the amount of $173,000 for the
design of HVAC and building modifications at the City's CSO Treatment Facility.
A Resolution authorizing the use of funds not to exceed $720,000 for Furniture,
Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) for new Fire Station 4, Fire Administration
Headquarters, and Emergency Management Agency.
