SUBJECT:
A resolution Authorizing Execution of a Rollover Agreement Between the City of Aurora and Aurora Supervisors Association January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021.

PURPOSE:
To obtain authorization to execute a Rollover Agreement between the City of Aurora and Aurora Supervisors Association collective bargaining agreement for January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021.

BACKGROUND:
Aurora Supervisors Association's collective bargaining agreement expired December 31, 2020.

DISCUSSION:
In consideration of the uncertainties still looming due to the pandemic, the parties agreed to a one-year rollover which was ratified by the union on March 18, 2021. This is a wage agreement only that will give the members a 2% wage increase.

Attached is the rollover agreement for reference.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
That the City Council authorize the execution of the Rollover Agreement Between the City of Aurora and Aurora Supervisors Association for the period of January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021.
