SUBJECT:
A Resolution to extend the contract with VisionFriendly.com, Naperville, Illinois for website services through January 2017 in the total amount of $35,000 for seven (7) months.

PURPOSE:
In order to maintain continuity in website maintenance, the Community Relations and Public Information Division is recommending to extend the contract for website services with VisionFriendly.com through January 2017 at the rate of $85.50 per hour for up to 58 hours per month, in the total amount of $35,000 for seven (7) months.

DISCUSSION:
A budget transfer is in process to cover costs in the 2016 City of Aurora budget to provide the additional dollars required to extend the contract in account 101-1340-419.32-20.

IMPACT STATEMENT:
This approval will allow the continuity of website services to be provided through the redesign phase. Without it, requests for updates will be backlogged and the City's outdated information would be transferred to the new website.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
That the Mayor and City Council authorize the approval of the contract extension for website services provid...
