A Resolution for Acceptance of Improvements and Maintenance Security for Indian Prairie Animal Hospital - 12.381
PURPOSE:
To accept the Public Improvements and Maintenance Security for Indian Prairie Animal Hospital.
BACKGROUND:
This development has completed all installations, inspections and submissions of the public improvements that make it eligible to be recommended for final acceptance of those improvements
DISCUSSION:
The Subdivision Control Ordinance, upon the acceptance of the improvements by City Council, requires the posting of a security for a one year maintenance period. This development posted a cash security in the amount of $28,738.90 for these improvements and will receive $22,990.90 of that security back. We will retain $5,748.00 as the required, one year maintenance security.
IMPACT STATEMENT:
This action may add new public infrastructure /utilities to various divisions for maintenance, including streets, water, storm, sanitary, electrical, storm water management, fiber optic
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Approve the acceptance of improvements and refund of $22,990.90 of the cash security, and retaining $5,748.00 as the one year Maintenance Security for Indian Prairie Animal Hospital.
