SUBJECT:
A Resolution Accepting the Dedication of a City Easement at 423 Sperry Court (City of Aurora - L15-00647 / AU27/1-15.130-DED/E - TMc - Ward 4)
PURPOSE:
The Petitioner, City of Aurora, is requesting approval of a Plat of Easement on Lot 7 of County Clerks Subdivision at 423 Sperry Court.
BACKGROUND:

The City will install a 12-inch storm sewer to provide additional drainage relief and meet the objective of the City's Long Term Control Plan to reduce combined sewer overflows. The current resident is having basement seepage problems whenever it rains. This project accomplishes two objectives; basement flooding relief, and EPA-mandated reduction of drainage to the combined sewer to reduce combined sewer overflows to the Fox River
