SUBJECT:
Resolution Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into an agreement with Pace and Intersection Media LLC for the installation, maintenance and revenue sharing for the proposed advertising passenger shelters at the bus staging area at the Route 59 Commuter Train Station.

PURPOSE:

These improvements consisted of; extension of Station Blvd, installation of traffic signal, construction of Pace staging area, reconfiguration and expansion of paved parking areas, and installation of new parking lot lighting and security cameras. Construction is currently in progress and substantial completion is scheduled for October 2016.
