Approval of the Closed Session Meeting Minutes of December 16, 2025, January 20, 2026 and February 3, 2026.
DISCUSSION:
The draft Closed Session Meeting Minutes from the following meetings require review and approval by the City Council prior to being finalized: Committee of the Whole December 16, 2025, Committee of the Whole January 20, 2026 and Committee of the Whole February 3, 2026. Once finalized, the Closed Session Meeting Minutes will remain closed until approved for release by the City Council via Resolution.
