PURPOSE:
A Parking Study for 774 Crestwood Drive and two houses to the west to determine warrants for NO PARKING signage.
BACKGROUND:
A Resident submitted ACR Case ID 128970 expressing concern for driveway access during school drop-off and pick-up.
DISCUSSION:
This area is required for adequate pick up and drop off from the school. Pedestrian access improvement were done to enhance pick up/drop off and walkers. It is currently against City ordinance to block a driveway. The time of impact is minimal.

No impact based on recommendation
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Staff recommends denial.
