PURPOSE:
The petitioner, BCB Development XXII LLC/Tanglewood Oaks as owner, and K Hovnanian Homes as contract purchaser/developer, is proposing Final Plan Revision to modify the building elevations for the 28 remaining vacant lots in the Tanglewood Oaks Subdivision.

DISCUSSION:
The contract purchaser/developer, K Hovnanian Homes, is purchasing the remaining 28 vacant lots within the Tanglewood Oaks subdivision, and asking for approval of their building elevations. Their three proposed elevations will be compatible with the existing homes already built, with the same age-targeted, 1st floor master bedroom, detached residential use as originally contemplated by the approved zoning and development. Landscaping will be completed and pedestrian pathways connected where needed. Of the three models, one will offer a 3 car garage. There will be three separate elevations available for each of the three models, with two-thirds including a brick/stone. The approval of this Final Plan for building elevations will facilitate the completion of this foreclosed development. The elevations will be similar to those previously approved. The elevations were modified after meetings with the Tanglewood Oaks Homeowners Association and staff. The HOA is now in support of the proposal.
