PURPOSE:
The Petitioner, Aurora Town Center Associates, LLC, is requesting approval of a Final Plan on Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Melody Town Center Subdivision for an assisted living and memory care facility and stormwater detention facilities.

At the same time, a Preliminary Plat and Plan was approved on this property.

The Petitioner, is requesting approval of a Final Plan for Lot 1, 2, 3, and 4.
