DISCUSSION:
In addition to the activities state in Legistar Item 16-00793 (September 13, 2016 GO Agenda); the event will also include food vendors and food trucks. The addition of food vendor’s and trucks has been well-received in previous Winter Lights events, the intention is to invite up to six (6) registered vendors to participate in this year’s event.
IMPACT STATEMENT:
Access to power from boxes on Stolp and Downer.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
I request the proposed addition be forwarded to the Government Operations Committee for review and approval.
