PURPOSE:
The Administrative Review for a co-location to an existing telecommunication tower on the property located at 730 Hill Avenue by the City of Aurora/Clearwire has been reviewed and approved at the Aurora Planning Council level.
BACKGROUND:
The existing telecommunications tower was previously approved and the proposed changes involve only the replacement of obsolete transceivers with newer models.
DISCUSSION:
Clearwire a telecommunications provider, will be able to provide better telecommunications coverage with the upgrade to newer equipment.
IMPACT STATEMENT:
There are no anticipated impacts on City departments with this approval.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
No action is required, this is for informational purposes only. The proposed changes have been reviewed and approved at the Aurora Planning Council level
