A Resolution authorizing the Director of Purchasing ton enter into an agreement with Traffic Control Corporation for Central System Inspection and Maintenance

PURPOSE:
To obtain approval for a resolution authorizing an agreement with Traffic Control Corporation for Central System Inspection and Maintenance

BACKGROUND:
This is a renewal of a previous agreement to provide support services to the City's central management system and traffic monitoring network

DISCUSSION:
This contract is for support of the City's Traffic Management System in the amount of $11,000 annually. Traffic Control Corporation for Central System Inspection and Maintenance will continue to be responsible for verifying communications, installing updates and troubleshooting issues.

The City of Aurora FY 2016 budget allocates sufficient funding in the following account:

GC072 Intersection Video Monitoring 340 4020 418 77 03.
