SUBJECT:title
A Parking Study for Clarendon Court. Ward 7, Alderman Hart-Burns.
body
PURPOSE:
A Parking Study for Clarendon Court to investigate the need for installing Parking Restrictions.
BACKGROUND:
A Resident submitted PS # 2150443 requested installation of No Parking signage in the Cul-de-Sac.
DISCUSSION:
Clarendon Court is a typical Cul-de-Sac with very limited parking. Within the actual circle, there are possibly two available spaces where parking is possible without blocking drive approaches or mailboxes. The interior roadway width is wide enough for parking and a thru lane.
IMPACT STATEMENT:
No impact based on recommendation.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Staff recommends denial. Will reconsider based on petition of request from 80% of cul de sac.
