A Resolution authorizing the execution of a Phase 2 Design Engineering Supplement with Crawford, Murphy, & Tilly, Inc. in the not to exceed amount of $239,431.00 and the appropriation the same amount of REBUILD Illinois Bond Funds for the Sullivan Road Reconstruction Project.

PURPOSE:
This is a Resolution to approve the above referenced Engineering Services Supplement and to appropriate REBUILD Illinois Bond Funds by Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) Resolution.

BACKGROUND:

The funding ratio for this project is 80/20 (80% federal / 20% local) for Construction and Construction Engineering, up to a maximum amount of $6,160,000 of federal funding. More information including exhibits can be found at the project website: https://www.aurora.il.us/Government-and-Engagement/Current-City-Projects/Sullivan-Road-From-Edgelawn-Drive-To-Randall-Road.

Phase 1 design approval has been received. The Phase 2 plans are 99% complete and the Initial Final Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) have been submitted several times.
