An Ordinance Amending Ordinance Number 3100, being the Aurora Zoning Ordinance and the Zoning Map attached thereto, by Rezoning the Property located at 65 S. Chestnut Street from R-5 Multiple Family Dwelling to R-2 One Family Dwelling (Paul and Marcy Lyzun - AU21/4-14.116-Rz - ES Ward 4).
PURPOSE:
The petitioners, Paul and Marcy Lyzun, are proposing a rezoning petition rezoning property from R-5 Multiple Family Dwelling District to R-2 Single Family Dwelling District located at 65 S. Chestnut.

The Planning Commission recommended APPROVAL of the An Ordinance Amending Ordinance Number 3100, being the Aurora Zoning Ordinance and the Zoning Map attached thereto, by Rezoning the Property located at 65 S. Chestnut Street from R-5 Multiple Family Dwelling to R-2 One Family Dwelling.
