PURPOSE:
Rosary High School is requesting approval of its application to hold the Road Scholars 5K Run Walk as a fundraiser for school scholarship assistance.
BACKGROUND:
This is the 16th year that Rosary High School is planning to hold this proposed event. They are expecting 200 participants and 50 staff/volunteers to help.
DISCUSSION:
The sponsor organization is responsible for all costs associated with this event
IMPACT STATEMENT:
City services are needed from the Aurora Police Department Traffic Control Division.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Please forward to the Government Operations Committee for approval.
