PURPOSE:
To determine the necessity of installing NO LEFT TURN signage on Rural Street approaching N. Ohio Street.
BACKGROUND:
A Resident submitted ACR Case ID 107209 requesting the installation of a NO LEFT TURN sign on Rural Street approaching N. Ohio Street.
DISCUSSION:
The Ohio Street Bridge is currently being reconstructed. As part of the project, both approaches are being improved. This will include a much needed restriping of double yellow lines and the addition of a left turn lane from northbound Ohio Street to westbound Rural Street. These improvements should address the majority of concerns voiced in the request.
