Community Advocacy Awareness Network is requesting permission to stage the 2018 Unity Business Entrepreneurship Expo on Water Street Mall on Saturday, September 8, 2018 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.

To promote businesses.
BACKGROUND:
This is a first time event.
DISCUSSION:
CAAN is planning an expo to promote businesses.
A DJ and kids' corner will also be offered for families.
Awaiting a COI.
Organizers have been informed of the rules for WSM.
Event flyer and EAP included as attachments.
IMPACT STATEMENT:
City Services requested:
Electrical-access to all power along WSM
Additional garbage containers with liners.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
I request the proposed event be forwarded to the Government Operations Committee for review.
