PURPOSE:
A Parking Study for Front Street at the residence of 1138 Front Street.
BACKGROUND:
A Resident submitted ACR Case ID 125887 alleging that the Resident at 1138 Front Street is parking incorrectly.
DISCUSSION:
Front Street is classified as a Minor Collector. The area is within a block of a public school. The roadway is an ample 36-ft. in width. There is a dashed single yellow line running down the center line of the roadway. The curb in front of 1138 Front Street is less than 20-f. in length. Which means the only car that could park there would have to be less than 10-ft. in length, which is why the curb is painted entirely yellow.
IMPACT STATEMENT:
No impact due to no action.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Staff recommends denial.
