PURPOSE:
A Parking Study for Andover Circle to consider installing parking restriction signage.
BACKGROUND:
A resident submitted PS # 3327561 expressing concern that vehicles were parking in front of their mailboxes.
DISCUSSION:
Mailboxes should be clear of vehicle parking by ordinance and are usually placed within five feet of driveways.
IMPACT STATEMENT:
APD resources.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Staff recommends APD random selective enforcement to mitigate vehicles from parking within five feet of driveways and blocking mailboxes.
