SUBJECT:
A Resolution Accepting a Plat of Easement granting a City Watermain Easement and a Stormwater Control Easement on the property located at 2650 N. Farnsworth Avenue, Aurora, IL (Pipe Fitters Training Fund - AU01/1-14.169-M - TV Ward 1).

PURPOSE:
The purpose of this Resolution is to grant a City Watermain Easement and a Stormwater Control Easement over the existing watermain and detention facility on the property located at 2650 N. Farnsworth

BACKGROUND:
The City's Engineering Division is requesting this City Watermain Easement and a Stormwater Control Easement and on this property.

DISCUSSION:
The City's Engineering Division requested the Plat of Easement to cover the existing watermain and the existing detention facility on the property.

IMPACT STATEMENT:
This item will increase the tax base and overall viability of the City which should offset any incidental Department or staffing impacts.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
Staff would recommend Approval of the Plat of Easement granting a City Watermain Easement and a Stormwater Control Easement on the property located at 2650 N. Farnsworth Avenue, Aurora, IL
