SUBJECT:
A Planning and Development Committee Resolution Approving the Final Plat for World Class Wireless Subdivision, Unit 1, located at the northwest corner of Diehl Road and Eola Road (World Class Wireless, LLC - 18-0532 / NA06/4-18.091-Fsd - TV - Ward 10)

PURPOSE:
The Petitioner, World Class Wireless, LLC, is requesting approval of a Final Plat for World Class Wireless Subdivision, Unit 1 located at the northwest corner of Diehl Road and Eola Road which includes splitting the lot to create a 2-lot subdivision.

BACKGROUND:
The Subject Property is currently vacant with the exception of a small communication facility and equipment building which is located at the southeast corner of the property, just west of the detention pond. The property is zoned ORI Office, Research, and Light Industrial District. Additional information on the legislative history of the property can be found in the attached Property Information Sheet.

The Petitioner is requesting approval of a Final Plat for World Class Wireless Subdivision, Unit 1. The details of the request include subdividing the property to create a 2- lot subdivision. Lot 1 consisting of 22.123 acres will be for a future ORI use development and Lot 2 consisting of 2.842 acres contains a communication facility and the detention facility for the subject property.

DISCUSSION:
Staff has reviewed the Final Plat petition and have sent comments back to the petitioner on those submittals. The petitioner has made the requested revisions to these documents and they now meet the applicable codes and ordinances.
