PURPOSE:
The Petitioner, McDonalds Corporation, is proposing a Temporary Construction Easement and Barrier Median Agreement located at 1185 N. Farnsworth Avenue.
BACKGROUND:
This Easement Agreement was referred by the City Council to the Planning and Zoning Division on November 19, 2013.

DISCUSSION:
The City's Engineering Division requested a temporary construction easement for the subject property. This is related to Engineering Division's request for right-of-way dedication and easement granting, #13-00883 (casefile number AU13/1-13.078-M).
IMPACT STATEMENT:
This item will increase the tax base and overall viability of the City which should offset any incidental Department or staffing impacts.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Staff would recommend APPROVAL of the Easement Agreement for temporary construction easement located at 1185 N. Farnsworth Avenue by McDonalds Corporation.
