PURPOSE:
A Parking Study for Kane Street in the 1100 block to determine whether to relax the current parking regulations (No Parking on both sides).
BACKGROUND:
Resident submitted ACR Case ID 146168 requesting that parking restrictions be removed on one side of Kane Street in the 1100 block.
DISCUSSION:
Both sides of neighborhood-residential Kane Street in the 1100 block are indeed signed "no parking except during church services." (see photo). The original purpose for restricting parking in this area is still in effect. Staff will recommend maintaining parking restrictions.
IMPACT STATEMENT:
No impact at this time.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Staff recommends denial
