Approval of the Closed Session Meeting Minutes of November 4, 2025 and December 2, 2025.
DISCUSSION:
The draft Closed Session Meeting Minutes from the following meetings require review and approval by the City Council prior to being finalized: Committee of the Whole November 4, 2025 and Committee of the Whole December 2, 2025. Once finalized, the Closed Session Meeting Minutes will remain closed until approved for release by the City Council via Resolution.
