PURPOSE:
To perform a Traffic Speed and Count on Stoughton Drive and Stoughton Circle.
BACKGROUND:
A verbal request was received on April 13, 2015 for Speed and Counts on Stoughton Drive and Stoughton Circle.
DISCUSSION:
A Traffic Study was taken for Stoughton Drive and Stoughton Circle with a focus on speeds. Stoughton Drive eastbound approaching Stoughton Circle showed an Average Speed of 21 mph, a Mode Speed of 20 mph, ad an 85th percentile speed of 27 mph. Traffic eastbound on Stoughton Circle was 18 mph Average, 15 mph Mode, and 26 mph 85th percentile. Traffic southbound on Stoughton Circle was 22 mph Average, 20 mph Mode, and 28 mph 85th percentile. ADT for Stoughton Drive eastbound approaching Stoughton Circle is 211, eastbound on Stoughton Circle ADT is 50, and southbound on Stoughton Circle is 202.
