PURPOSE:
To obtain City Council approval to amend the salary and benefit plan for employees in the Executive Pay Plan for 2014.
BACKGROUND:
The salary and benefit plan for employees in the City's Executive Service is submitted for approval annually after passage of the City budget.
DISCUSSION:
Attached is the Executive Pay Plan summary of changes proposed for 2014.
IMPACT STATEMENT:
No impact.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Place on the Finance Committee agenda (12/12/13) for approval to City Council.
