PURPOSE:
The Petitioner, McDonalds Corporation, is proposing a Plat of Dedication and Easement for right-of-way dedication of Farnsworth Avenue and easements located at 1185 N. Farnsworth Avenue.
BACKGROUND:
This Plat of Dedication and Easement was referred by the City Council to the Planning and Zoning Division on November 19, 2013.

DISCUSSION:
The City's Engineering Division requested the Plat of Dedication and Easement to dedicate 7 feet of public right-of-way for Farnsworth Avenue and city easement over utilities and a stormwater control easement over a stormwater control facility. This is related to Engineering Division's request for a temporary construction easement, #13-00882 (casefile number AU13/1-13.483-M).
IMPACT STATEMENT:
This item will increase the tax base and overall viability of the City which should offset any incidental Department or staffing impacts.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Staff would recommend APPROVAL of the Plat of Dedication for right-of-way dedication of Farnsworth Avenue and easements located at 1185 N. Farnsworth Avenue by McDonalds Corporation.
