PURPOSE:
To consider the removal of a NO RIGHT TURN sign on the north-east corner of the Plum Street & Iroquois Drive intersection.
BACKGROUND:
Alderman Donnell submitted ACR Case ID 102413 requesting the removal of a NO RIGHT TURN sign on the north-east corner of the Plum Street & Iroquois Drive intersection.
DISCUSSION:
Current staff is not familiar with the history of this installation. Since the request has come; apparently, from the Blackhawk HOA and the Alderman has no oblections. Staff has no reason at this time to deny the request.
IMPACT STATEMENT:
Operations will be required to remove existing sign.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Staff recommends removal of right turn restriction signage.
