PURPOSE:
McCarty Elementary School is requesting permission to hold a 5K run to build community and fundraise for the Indian Prairie Education Foundation.
BACKGROUND:
This is the first year that McCarty Elementary School is planning to hold this proposed event
DISCUSSION:
McCarty Elementary School has not determined yet how many people that are expected to participate or how many staff/volunteers will be helping. McCarty Elementary School is responsible for all costs associated with holding this proposed event.
IMPACT STATEMENT:
City services will be needed from the Aurora Police Department Traffic Control Division.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Please forward to the Government Operations Committee for approval.
