SUBJECT:
A Resolution Approving the Final Plat for Eola Crossing 4th Resubdivision, being Vacant Land located at 2360 and 2390 S. Eola Road (Eola Tennis Academy - L15-00596 / WH06/4-14.358-Fsd/R/Su/Fpn/V - TV - WARD 9)

PURPOSE:
The Petitioner, Eola Tennis Academy, is requesting approval of a Final Plat Revision consolidating Lot 3A3 of Eola Crossing 3rd Resubdivision with Lot 4 of Eola Crossing into Lot 1 of the Eola Crossing 4th Resubdivision, being 2.157 acres.

BACKGROUND:
The Subject Property is located at 2360 and 2390 S. Eola Road and is currently vacant with PDD Planned Development District zoning. The property is part of the Noggle Farm Planned Development District.

The Final Plat proposal consists of consolidating Lot 3A3 of Eola Crossing 3rd Resubdivision with Lot 4 of Eola Crossing into one lot so that the project is on one platted lot. A Special Use and Final Plan proposal is under separate action being reviewed and approved concurrently.

DISCUSSION:
Staff has reviewed the Final Plat Revision petition and have sent comments back to them on those submittals. The petitioner has made the requested revisions to these documents and they now meet the applicable codes and ordinances.
