Halloween "trick or treat" hours: Thursday, October 31, 2013 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

PURPOSE:
The City is requesting that citizens abide by the suggested "Trick or Treat hours of 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. for safety purposes. This time frame has been used for the past 6 years.
BACKGROUND:
DISCUSSION:
It is requested that this be the policy that the City can put forth to the public through Customer Service, Public Information, the Aurora Police Department, etc.
IMPACT STATEMENT:
No City services are required.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Please forward to the Government Operations Committee for review and approval.
