PURPOSE:

BACKGROUND:
The Subject Property is located at 1785 N. Edgelawn and is currently utilized as a Processing, Finishing and Assembly Facilities (3140) Use with ORI Office, Research, and Light Industrial zoning. IMPACT STATEMENT :
The Planning and Zoning Division would anticipate that this project will increase the City's overall tax base and viability by enhancing the city's infrastructure and improving services to its residence.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
Staff would recommend APPROVAL of the Resolution Accepting the Dedication of an Easement at 1785 N. Edgelawn Drive located at the southeast corner of Sequoia Drive and Edgelawn Drive, being Lot 2, Unit 1 of Prime Business Park Subdivision.
