PURPOSE:
A Parking Study for the Alameda Drive and Coral Avenue intersection to explore possible parking restrictions surrounding the drive approach at 1071 Alameda Drive.
BACKGROUND:
A Resident submitted ACR Case ID 122608 expressing concern regarding backing out of their driveway.
DISCUSSION:
The roadway width in this area does not necessitate restricting parking to one side of the roadway.
However, if there is support by a minimum of 80% of the residents on this stretch of Alameda, the City would reconsider.
IMPACT STATEMENT:
No impact based on no action.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Staff recommends remit request back to resident with request for petition of support.
