The draft Closed Session Meeting Minutes from the following meetings require review and approval by the City Council prior to being finalized:  July 15, 2025 Committee of the Whole, July 22, 2025 City Council, August 12, 2025 City Council and August 19, 2025 Committee of the Whole. Once finalized, the Closed Session Meeting Minutes will remain closed until approved for release by the City Council via Resolution.
