PURPOSE:
The Fiesta Patrias Parade, organized by the Aurora Hispanic Chamber of Commerce has previously been approved by Government Operations on March 12, 2013.
 
BACKGROUND:
The parade was approved to be staged on Benton Street with step-off at Broadway and Benton Streets
 
DISCUSSION:
Due to the increased number of units including high school marching bands, staging will be relocated to River Street with step-off at Benton and River Streets.
 
IMPACT STATEMENT:
This change of staging will impact the following City Services:  Aurora Police Department and Streets Division. Police and Streets  will be contacted with changes.
