PURPOSE:
The Freeman Elementary School is requesting permission to hold this event to promote health and wellness in the community.
BACKGROUND:
This will be the third year for this proposed event and organizers are expecting 125 participants and 30 volunteers
DISCUSSION:
The organizers are responsible for all cost associated with holding this proposed event.
IMPACT STATEMENT:
The organizers are requesting City services from the Aurora Police Department Traffic Control Division and the Streets Maintenance Division for barricades.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Please forward to the Government Operations Committee for review and approval.
