SUBJECT:
A resolution authorizing the Director of Procurement to execute a contract with WBK Engineering, to provide construction engineering services for various underground utility installation and repair projects on an as-needed basis during the 2017 construction season, in an amount not to exceed $169,553.60. The projects will be located throughout the City and will include the repair or installation of water mains, sanitary sewers and storm sewers.

The agreement includes on-site inspection during construction as well as surveying services consisting of construction layout and the preparation of record drawings.
