A discussion of Chapter 22 of the City of Aurora Code of Ordinances entitled "Human Rights".

As a follow up to the Tuesday, January 3, 2018 Committee of the Whole Meeting, the Council asked for information on the Human Rights Ordinance as it pertained to harassment. Currently, Section 22-24 (11) expressly and broadly prohibits sexual harassment and the Ordinance also provides for both a complaint and adjudication process. The entire chapter is attached.
