Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church is requesting permission to stage the Corpus Christi Procession on Saturday, June 3, 2018 from 1:45 to 3:00 pm.

PURPOSE:
The procession is being staged for the spiritual nourishment of the parishioners.
BACKGROUND:
This is a first time event.
DISCUSSION:
This is a small event which takes place mostly in the neighborhood. The only area needing assistance is pedestrian crossing back and forth across Eola Rd.
IMPACT STATEMENT:
City services will be needed from the Aurora Police Department Traffic Division.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
I request the proposed event be forwarded to the Government Operations Committee for review and approval.
