PURPOSE:
The petitioner, Fox Island Place Aurora / Verizon Wireless, is proposing the replacement of three (3) existing antennas with new ones and the update of existing equipment located on the roof of 7 S. Stolp Avenue.
BACKGROUND:
This Administrative Review petition, was referred by the City Council to the Planning Division on October 15, 2013.

DISCUSSION:
Development Proposal:The proposal consists of the removal of 3 existing antennas and the replacement of new antennas in the same location as the previous equipment. New conduit and cable will be added to serve the existing installation. All antennas are located greater than 200' above street level attached to the penthouse on top of the Fox Island apartment building.
Evaluation: Staff has reviewed the Administrative Review petition, submitted by the petitioner and have sent comments back to them on those submittals. The petitioner has made all the requested changes to these documents and they now meet all of the applicable codes and ordinances
IMPACT STATEMENT:
The Planning and Zoning Division does not anticipate any impact to other City Department with the approval of this Petition.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
No action is required,this is for informational purposes only. The proposed changes have been reviewed and approved at the Aurora Planning Council level.
