PURPOSE:
PTA Fundraiser.
BACKGROUND:
The Steck Elementary School PTA has held this proposed event for the past 6 years and 600 people participated in the event last year.
DISCUSSION:
The sponsor organization is expecting 600 people to participate this year, 4 staff/volunteers to help, and are using the same route as last year. The sponsor organization is responsible for all costs associated with holding this proposed event.
IMPACT STATEMENT:
City services will be needed from the Aurora Police Department Traffic Control Division.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Please forward to the Government Operations Committee for review/approval.
