PURPOSE:
To determine whether to remove the gate at the end of Wagner Road approaching Mesa Lane.
BACKGROUND:
A Resident submitted ACR Case ID 99222 requesting that the gate at the end of Wagner Road approaching Mesa Lane be opened and removed. Because the gate is closed, Residents must drive north into Batavia, catch Kirk Road, then drive south to get to the other side.
DISCUSSION:

The HOA was approached and there is no interest at this time in removing the gate from the HOA.

No impact.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Staff recommends denial.
