SUBJECT:
A Resolution Accepting the Dedication of a City Watermain Easement for the Redwood Watermain Project on the property located at 10 N. Edgelawn Drive (Westminster Presbyterian Church - L15-00297 / AU19/2-15.096-DED/E - AM - Ward 5)

PURPOSE:
At the City's request, the Petitioner, Westminster Presbyterian Church filed a petition with the City of Aurora on March 27, 2015, requesting a city watermain easement for the property located at 10 N. The proposed project replaces this aging water main and provides additional redundancy by "looping" the dead-end to an existing dead-end fire hydrant on the church's property. This better serves both parcels and 5th/3rd Bank with improved fire protection.

IMPACT STATEMENT:
The Planning and Zoning Division would anticipate that this project will increase the City's overall tax base and viability b...
