PURPOSE:

To authorize a Limited Operator Contract between Aircraft Strategies, LLC and the City of Aurora.

BACKGROUND:

Aurora Municipal Airport lease agreements require that all businesses located on airport property have an agreement with the City of Aurora to conduct said business.

DISCUSSION:

Aircraft Strategies, LLC performs aircraft appraisal and repossession services.  The method and amount of anticipated revenue collected by the City of Aurora is consistent with other current operator agreements.

IMPACT STATEMENT:

This limited operator agreement should have no negative impact to the City of Aurora.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

We respectfully request that this item be forwarded to the Finance Committee for their review and recommendation for approval.
