PURPOSE:
To investigate line-of-site issues on curved roadway from about 713 to 725 Periwinkle Lane.
BACKGROUND:
A Resident submitted ACR Case ID 97086 expressing concern for line-of-site issues for the roadway curve from about 713 to 725 Periwinkle Lane.
DISCUSSION:
The roadway has a radius of curvature of about 85-ft. The width of the roadway is the city residential standard of 29.5-ft. Parking Restrictions on the inside of the curve would prevent the line-of-site from being blocked by parked cars.
IMPACT STATEMENT:
Operations will install the NO PARKING BETWEEN SIGNS signage on the inside of the curve.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Staff recommends installing NO PARKING BETWEEN SIGNS on the inside of the curve between 713 and 725 Periwinkle Lane
