body
PURPOSE:
A Parking Study for Albany Court to determine if a parking restriction is needed.
BACKGROUND:
Alderman received resident complaint regarding vehicles parking along cul de sac median circle island, making it difficult for transport vehicle access involving a special needs child. Resident is requesting No Parking signage next to the median circle island.

Albany Court is classified as a residential roadway, 26 feet in width, with a 25 mph speed limit. There is a circle shaped median island which vehicles park adjacent to.
