PURPOSE:
To determine the appropriateness of installing additional NO DUMPING signage in the alley behind 922 Liberty Street.
BACKGROUND:
A resident submitted ACR Case ID 80809 expressing concern of illegal dumping in the alley behind his property. They requested NO DUMPING signage to help reduce the problem.
DISCUSSION:
An inspection in the alley behind 922 Liberty Street revealed very little evidence of illegal dumping. There is an existing NO DUMPING sign in the alley
IMPACT STATEMENT:
No impact based on staff recommendation.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Staff recommends denial based on signage already in place additional signage would have little to no impact.
