A resolution to reject all bids for the Wilder Park Restroom and Concessions Facility project.
PURPOSE:
To obtain City Council approval to reject all bids for the Wilder Park Restroom and Concessions Facility project.
BACKGROUND:
Wilder Park is located at the previous site of the Aurora Police Station which is bound by N. River Street, Vine Street, West Park Avenue and Lake Street (IL Rte 31). The construction of the site improvements was bid separately and will be addressed in a separate Legistar approval item but will be funded within the same project. The playground will include a small shelter and several bags courts.
